Mud frozen mud, 30th November
Good evening.
I have the misfortune of living not to far from J10 M25 Wilsey interchange.
I'm a shift worker and on my return from work I have to use the A3. When leaving the A3 to use the B2215 into Ripley, on the roundabout I have to be very careful due to mud on the road and now with the freezing temperatures frozen mud giving my motorcycle little to no grip. This is being carried onto the roundabout from the works exit between the A3 off ramp and the B2039 opposite the Balfour Beatty Wisley Improvement site offices.
Can I ask that particular attention is paid to this area with a clean up crew and grit as I nearly dropped my bike at very low speed (about 10mph)

Deep drop at edge of road due to heavy lorry mounting verge, 24th November
A large lorry mounted the verge and has left a fairly deep drop. Part of the tarmac has come away . Cars are driving over it and is dangerous as isn't very visible especially at night as there's no street lighting.

Condition of Grove Heath Road, Ripley parish, 4th November
Grove Heath Road over the section running north-east to south-west is a single track road with the occasional passing place. The passing places are full of very deep potholes and the edges of the road have broken and deteriorated so much they are potholed along this length on both sides of the road too. The street view on Google maps shows this very clearly. When the potholes are full of water and in the dark it is impossible to judge how deep they are. They are presently so bad that severe damage to vehicles may well occur. If one meets a vehicle it is impossible to safely pass it. It is my view this road needs a substantial re-build urgently. This situation has been present over the last year yet nothing has been done to rectify the situation. It has now reached the situation whereby two-way vehicular flow should be banned and be limited to one-way only. I fear that there will be many claims against Surrey CC for damage to vehicles this coming winter.

Tourist Information Sign in poor condition, 15th July
Informed by both local councils this falls under National Highways' responsibility as it is on the A3. Tourist Information Board on the southbound Wisley services is in poor condition and illegible. Could really do with some work done to it to make it possible to read the information.

Hi dear sirs I would like to report something Which is I faced other night around 12.30 am in the morning When I was driving on A3 after by rIpley bypass on A3 At the moment there is road works going on in Wisley area this why you put lots of Average speed camera around A3 also on M25 which is great but issue I faced other night when I was driving from M25 coming to A3 and I was going to Guildford Merrow All speed cameras ,s and sign was very clear also road lamp was on which is great but when I went after B2039 road going to Guildford on A3 I realised road was very dark as there wasn’t any road lamp or Light specific on that area even car headlights doesn’t cover to See temporary road signage very clearly also the final Average camera where average speed limit finishes unless you use full beam of the car it’s very difficult to see the speed limit and signage Even myself I was confused I thought average speed limit area was finished by the road B2039 It look like national limit start after B2039 but it doesn’t it’s only due to road lights However if you can have a look this issue and fix this issue that Will be helpful for all Road users to maintain 50 speed limit instead of 70 Thank you

Very rough road surfce, throws car about, 16th April
On the roundabout, as you go round to then take the slip road towards the A3: the road surface on the roundabout and up towards the slip road has got worse over several months, the car gets throw, at any speed, it must be very dangerous for any types of bikes.
