Bamboo cut but not removed, 28th April
The Green Space Team came and cut down some bamboo. They have come back and cleared some (we could not even get out of our gate) As you probably can appreciate bamboo cannot mulch down. It is stacked by my back fence my husband and daughter spent an hour clearing it last Sunday to enable us to take the grandchildren for a walk. Will they be back to clear mine like they have further up the footpath? Kind regards Mrs Gene Clements

2 x 30 mile per hour speed reduction signs, 26th April
I don’t know whose responsibility these are but there are two along this Stradt that are hanging loose (one side broken) if they fall on a pedestrian they could kill somebody as they are metal signs. Places along Ambleside Road as speed reduction measures, hanging over the footpath to the right of Ambleside heading towards Lightwater from MacDonald Road at approx house numbers 140 & 70 (I think)

Unwanted overgrown bamboo trees behind our garden ruining our fences, 22nd April
As shown in the attached photos there are overgrown unwanted bamboos behind our garden, which are ruining our fences and are growing in our garden too. Not only there are damaging our fences, but they are also dangerous for our children playing the garden, because they are very tough and stiff. Could we please have someone to visit to remove them properly? This is exactly behind our back garden which can be accessed at the end of Montague Cl, Lightwater. Thank you

There are regular hour long queues to travel between gordons roundabout and the M3. This problem has occurred since the roundabout was retarmacked. Please look at this urgently as it is severally reducing quality of life for local residents. This was meant to be rectified yesterday, but has not been fixed, 50min delays daily at 7am on this junction, its beyond a joke now

Congestion on whole roundabout j3 m3, 10th April
Since the resurfacing on the bridges of junction 3 m3 the traffic sensors don't seem to be detecting traffic from lightwater to Bagshot and m3 North. It does change but two or three cars pass then its red again. This is causing the whole roundabout to get congested, there has been a problem with the lightwater bypass for years but now it's even worse since the resurfacing. Please send someone to check the timings and sensors, currently the delays are 15- 45min reported on local social media. Hopefully someone will see this and get the ball rolling. Thank you and all the best jon Lightwater resident

Traffic lights sequence M3 Jct 3 Lightwater, 2nd April
Traffic light phasing for A322 over M3 needs adjusting. It seems that the sensors are not working. This issue has been ongoing for years and nothing has been done so far. The time spent queuing coming from the A322 is ridiculous and bad for the environment.
