Blocked drain, 5th April

Pile of old decking, 21st March
I reported this back in January case no 00441953. I recieved an email on the 15/03/24 stating the issue had been resolved. This is not the case and the rubbish is still there at the back of my fence! There is a white van parked along side it hiding it almost from view.

When you press the beg button you have to wait for up to 30 seconds. Please set the timer to change on pressing the beg button. I see school kids and adults crossing on green which is very dangerous. Thanks sam
