Very small diameter pothole seems to reveal the beginning of a sink hole. The hole is very deep and the carriage is at risk of collapse.
Seems dangerous and probably due to flood water from the nearby ford.

Pothole, 16th May
The whole road is breaking up on this corner. Some weeks ago an attempt was made to fill some potholes but they have reappeared. The whole area on the corner needs resurfacing not just make do filling of holes. As you approach the bend the driver can’t see the holes on the corner and cars have to pull out into oncoming traffic to avoid them at the last minute.
