Deep pothole - road almost unusable, 26th April
This road has been reported before, there have now been 6 potholes patched in the middle section of the road. However, the large areas (100 yards or so) of bad potholes either side were completely ignored. This section near to the housing has sunken drains, a section missing an edge to the road at all, and numerous potholes on both sides of the road.

There are so many potholes on this junction that it is now very difficult to steer and slowdown at what is, essentially, a four-way cross roads. There are often accidents here already, and with no grip available it can only be a matter of time now before there is a serious problem here.

Pothole, 28th February
Large hole (getting worse) in northbound carriageway (recent repair failing?) it's one of several on both sides of the carriageway between this point and the motorway bridge which indicate that this stretch of road is well past its sell by date. We've had several minor repairs to this stretch in the vicinity of the bridge over the M4 in the last couple of years. Time for a proper resurfacing job?

Flooding on west bound carriage way, 18th October
There is a flood the width of the carriage way on the west bound side which has been there since the road was resurfaced earlier this year. Obviously a blocked or broken drain. It will be lethal when the temperatures fall below freezing and it will be a huge sheet of ice
