Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem, 3rd January
Storm drains blocked, water comes pouring down the lane and into customers property. They had to make adaptions (sandbags) yesterday to stop the water entering her property. Customer states the drainage needs looking at to divert into the drains and not into properties. Customer happy to be contacted about the issue and what they feel is needed to sort the issue.
