No pavements, 30th April
The Developer has no permission to dig up a public pavements affecting the 50 + people that live in St Stephens roads flats some with mobility issues. B E Rudman (01242 255043/ 07843277723) said he has permission ( G M Buliders 01242 254291/07850335883 ). This is not true as when another neighbour tried to do the same your organisation stated only specific contractors would be used on your 'approved list'. The developers have damaged the pavements across all 5 neighbours so either get the permissions, give notice close the road and repair all the damage or leave alone. My elderly neighbours can cope with most things if given appropriate notice and things are done as they should be.

Very uneven footpath with loose surface, 30th April
The whole of this footpath (along the west side of St Stephen’s Road) from Pegasus Court to Hatherley Court Road is uneven, a trip hazard and has a steep camber in parts that makes it difficult for pushchairs, wheelchairs and assisted walking equipment. It has been patched over many years and is ready for a whole resurfacing. There are lots of elderly people needing to use this footpath who are being deterred from coming out for fear of falling/tipping and incurring an injury.
