A pothole in road problem, 1st May
Having gone that way today, there seem to be some potholes and other defects on Goldsmith Road. The definite pothole is near the jct with Goldsmith Close. However, there are some other defects that seem likely to turn into potholes in the near future.

No pavements, 30th April
The Developer has no permission to dig up a public pavements affecting the 50 + people that live in St Stephens roads flats some with mobility issues. B E Rudman (01242 255043/ 07843277723) said he has permission ( G M Buliders 01242 254291/07850335883 ). This is not true as when another neighbour tried to do the same your organisation stated only specific contractors would be used on your 'approved list'. The developers have damaged the pavements across all 5 neighbours so either get the permissions, give notice close the road and repair all the damage or leave alone. My elderly neighbours can cope with most things if given appropriate notice and things are done as they should be.
