Pole with parking restrictions has been dangerously knocked over, now lying at a 30 degree angle to the pavement, 15th May
1 Hatherley Court Road GL51 3AQ The pole with parking restrictions attached has been knocked over and is leaning dangerously along the pavement at a 30 degree angle to the pavement, rather than upright at 90 degrees. This is a road with 2 parks, therefore many pedestrians often with wheelchairs or pushchairs and the position of this pole is now a dangerous hazard which needs urgently fixing. Whilst writing one of the mirrors at the junction of Hatherley Court Road for access to Hatherley Road has been missing for months, making this a very dangerous junction.

Insufficient repair of damaged pavement, 15th May
The damaged area of pavement outside numbers 17 and 18 has been reported and today repair work was carried out. Unfortunately, as you can see in the photo, they only resurfaced a small area - the workmen said they didn’t have enough tarmac to do the full width. Could you please send someone back out to do the repair properly? They also said the overgrown hedge and weeds on the pavement would need clearing so they could get all the way to the end. Are you able to action this too please? Thank you.

The whole road has numerous potholes in the whole road which are in the middle of the road and to the side. As well as that the vegetation is hugely overgrown restricting the width of thenroad, 15th May
Along the whole of Parabola Lane in Cheltenham. It needs resurfacing and the vegetation cut back

Both drains blocked with mud, 15th May
Two drains in Naunton Lane (Thirlestaine Rd end near White Cross Square) are completely blocked with mud. The guttering was cleaned fairly recently and the drains were apparently checked then, but they are definately blocked again.

Pittville Crescent Lane Wallkway unsafe, 14th May
I am 79 years old and in a wheelchair. I can no longer use pavement along Pittville Crescent Lane safety and have twice now twysted badly when wheels caught on old broken pavers. Yesterday i fell against a side wall due to this problem. Apart from staying on road, wheelchairs can't use the walkway to travel safely any longer. This pavement needs to be fully retarded.

Pitville Park toilets are old and smelly For a public Park as frequently used by 1000s of visitors each week, it's really a poor show and not pleasant to use them. They need total revamp and daily cleaning.

Large hole in the pavement, large enough for someone to put a foot into. this is over a previous repair from about 10 years ago, 14th May
Outside 7 Sidney Street, GL52 6DJ on the pavement. this has been present for a while, but in recent weeks it has got significantly deeper and opened up a lot. this is being reported as i am concerned about animals/children putting their foot in it.
