The storm drain has been covered over with earth and vegetation. I have dug it clear but the drain is full of earth., 2nd May
Storm drain full of earth. Opposite side of road to storm drain along verge outside Redwall. The storm drain in front of the letter box has also not been cleared of debris although it is not currently blocked. When the other drains were cleared in March/April the crew stated that the drains I am reporting had "fallen Off" their list. What 3 words; cautious/sponge/utensil padding/applauded/correctly
