Broken fencing, 30th April

There’s broken fencing which needs replacing all around various parts of the estate. Not sure whose responsible for it?
There’s some houses on the corner off Marham and the fencing all along has been damaged over time. Would it be possible to come and fix?
First photo is the type of fencing I mean. Also, If you drive to the bottom of Marham aswell you will also see there’s some broken pieces which have been Placed on the verge by the flood defence. They’re also broken and need fixing.

At the pathway from Elmore lane east along the back of Meadowside school, Quedgeley. It has been like this for over 4 wks since the trees were cut down.

Trees blocking street lights, 27th April
The trees along Fieldcourt Drive, near to the skate park are blocking the street lights. They are now totally obscuring any light which makes it extremely dark & dangerous along that stretch of road, particularly as it's near a public park & a pedestrian crossing.
