Tree is damaged problem, 25th April
email rcvd 24.04.24 - on the North side of Greenacres, is a large tree which I feel is in serious danger of coming down during adverse weather / high winds. The tree is located some 15 yards from no 1, and the base is on a raised grass verge outside of the adjoining private land.
I have real concerns that the tree is in danger of coming down in the not too distant future, and if my fears come to fruition then there is only one direction that the tree will fall, due to the angle that it has grown at. It will inevitably cause extensive damage to my property and serious injury [or worse] to anyone inside the house at the time.
I have attached three photographs of the tree to this email in an attempt to show its position, its size, and the danger that I think that it presents.
I would be grateful if you could arrange for somebody with the requisite skills to visit the site in order to assess the condition of the tree and make a judgement as regards any danger that it may present. In reality, I would feel much safer if it was taken down.

Potholes and degrading road surface, 18th April
The whole section of road surface from the A38 roundabout to where it meets the m50 east is in need of resurfacing. This awful section of road has been reported so many times but no action has been taken. It is impossible to join the M50 at speed as you are trying to dodge the potholes.

Road gulley is taking no water, the water is running down the public footpath and into the end property in Lynworth Lane, 4th April
The drain is outside 18 & 19 Lynworth Lane. The gulley is located near to the footpath gate into the Manor field.

Dangerous Junction, 30th March
It is now dangerous to join the M50 towards the M5 from the A38. The slip road surface is not good enough to travel above 20-30mph when you are attempting to join the fast moving motorway. You are having to try and watch for pot holes and watch motorway traffic and having to continually veer or join the motorway at a dangerously slow speed.

Drains have been cleared but pipe joining drains is blocked. Causing suface water on road, mud on road and erosion of verge. This need rodding so water can pass and eventually reach the culvert. At the moment it comes to the surface and creates running water on the road as it tried to make its way above ground to the next drain. This is damaging the road surface, is a danger to passing traffic and pedestrians for the stated reasons., 29th March
Across for Towbury Hill barn, new gateway entrance. This blocked drain then creates a problem downwards to the next drain access from barn.

Loose/rattling cover/ironwork problem, 27th March
Mornming Manager of Sunset view Caravan park .
Can someone have a look at the drain situated outside Sunset view Caravan park church lane GL206DA .
The drain is full of dirt and road tar right up to the very top of the drain solid , very deep standing water .
