TMC - Defects - Vegetation problem, 27th March
Large hanging limb has detached from the tree and become hung up on a fork on separate limb. Hanging limb approximately 6-7m long and hanging up from a point 8-10m from ground. Temporary road closure required (self set-up). Privately owned tree - Hanging limb represents potential danger to the highway. Pole saw, rods and pull line recommended. Drain exit is blocked by tree roots (marked for clearing a couple of years ago), 18th March
Directly on road outside Orcadia GL19 3LG. Water blocks driveway and reaches half way across the road (see photo). Issue first reported 3 years ago - problem area was visited and spray marked in white but that is long gone.

Flooded lane not passable in a vehicle. The gulley is blocked and there is water constantly on the road even when it hasn’t rained for a few days., 22nd February

I reported this issue around 6 weeks ago and the case was closed, nothing had been done to address the issue. The road is flooding regularly and almost always has water lying across it. The gulley is blocked.

Children use the area from school field to M50 for education and recreation. The absence and damage of parts of the fencing that divide school to M50 is a safeguarding concern as only temp measures can be put in place.

A road work sign has been left diagonally on the road, 23rd December
The sign is less noticeable when it is dark and I believe unsafe. All works have been finished here. The sign has been left behind. A road closed sign has also been left on the bridge at blackford mill farm close by.

The road is flooded and traffic is being diverted this way due to another road closure, 9th December
The road is flooded and there are cars lorries including HGV’s trying to get down a single track lane as it’s a diversion route, Lorries can’t turn around and cars are having a job, it’s not an ideal situation at all and causing chaos in the dark.

Grass verges and kerbs being driven on recklessly, 19th November
Is on corner of Mill Lane Pendock Road Redmarley GL19 3LG Verges being driven on and I have put a low stone to stop being driven on patch by my front gate this is being repeatedly moved by someone so will have this area driven on very soon too it’s a total mess and needs some controlling or new edging put on corners if Road also would like damaged ones repaired and possible water sorted out on corner would appreciate permission or if you can install a corner post/stone where previously located as to photo by double gates to stop further damage to verges .

Falling concrete, 10th October
The underside of the M50 bridge that goes over Grafton lane as got areas where lumps of concrete have fallen off in several places. The steel work is clearly visible. This lane that goes under the M50 is used by walkers horses and vehicles. If 1 of these lumps of concrete were to fall on someone it would be a very serious injury. Other bridges along this stretch seem to have been repaired but not this one. I reported this to highways over a year ago and nothing has been done, yet its clear that more has fallen since. Regards
