Road surface falling away/breaking up exposing wide pothole, 18th March
A section (5m) of the road surface seems to have been repaired within the last 5 years, however it's now beginning to break up exposing a pot hole abut 2" deep, 3ft long and 2ft wide. It could easily dismount a motorcyclist. My "complaint" is as heavy trucks go over it they cause a mini earth quake which shakes my house which is about 50 yards away. So I get the house shake at anytime, it often causes me to wake up. It's the potential for building damage that is a concern. It's been like this for about a year. Also notice (probably not your fix) the road signs that have two posts, one post has rusted away 98% and possibly could fall into the highway at anytime, we do get stong wind gusts here.

Several long deep potholes to the left of the A4136 road near A40, 15th March
These holes have been here a while and recently several were repaired but loads more were totally ignored even though they are all clustered together. these remaining ones still need fixing as you have to drive close to the centre to avoid them and they are impossible to see in the dark.

Potholes, 5th March
There is a turning point at the side of the road to enable cars to turn in order to enter Hinders Lane when going west on the A40 (super sharp turn that can't be entered normally from the east to west direction). Therefore it's of frequent use but has several potholes in it and being such a small area there's no easy way to avoid them.
