Public byway and access to my house, Haymoor subjected to constant flooding since new build house site adjacent within 200 metres, causing constant flooding and damage to the byway and access to my property., 25th April
Haymoor, GORSLEY Herefordshire HR9 7SP, The only access to this property is to drive along the byway from the main road, of which I have shared access, and because the water is not being dispersed, ultimately causing threat to my property becoming flooded. This has been an ongoing problem since the new houses have been built. I feel this is the responsibility of the council to disperse the water to flow on down the hill towards the brook, by means of a culvert across the byway.

Blocking visibility on road/junction (Grass/verge) problem, 15th April
Unfortunately this morning I have received complaints from folk regarding the state of Sterry's Lane, part of this relates to planning issues which is being taken up separately with Forest of Dean Development Control, but the current state of the road is a Highways matter.
A business called Fibre Networking Solutions operates from the second property on the left has you turn into the Lane and they also own the Dutch barn farther along on this same side.
Large HGVs delivering cabling, ducting etc to the barn often have to reverse back out to the B4221 and at present excavated material from the cottage site(planning permission approval for extension) is being hauled along the Lane and tipped adjacent to the barn.
If you would be good enough to pass through you will see the road now ressembles a muddy track with the verges completely mangled where vehicles try to pass.
