Clogged drain, 25th April
The culvert on left hand side of road at bottom of hill on way up to Shadwell. This culvert needs new vertical pins to prevent debris going into open pipe - this blockage has happened many times. It needs a jet or mechanical pipe clearance - not sure how far down pipe the blockage is

Very dangerous potholes, 14th April
I had to swerve to avoid this potholes nearly crashed into a coming van. These potholes have been reported, nothing has been done. Is someone wanting for an accident to happen before resolving this issue??

Recently repaired tarmac is gushing water, 13th April
Approx: //worry.mascot.fastening Over the last few days, repairs have been made to this road, on the corner of Fop St and the B4066, going towards Uley centre. Today I noticed that the top piece of new tarmac is gushing out water.

Huge potholes that are impossible to avoid, 8th April
Heading towards Dursley from Uley, just after the junction with Fop Street anf Lampern Hill. Can't avoid them with oncoming traffic, so dangerous!

Holes just been filled are unfilled now, 8th April
Several holes up Crawley Hill that were fixed 2 weeks ago, have come out and it's right where the tyre lines are for driving up the windy hill

Multiple large potholes on blind exit of corner, 8th April
Multiple reports and pot holes have been exposed for over a month now and nothing been done. Cars have to swerve into oncoming carriageway to avoid, particularly dangerous for bicycles and motorcycles. Pot holes are over a foot long and 4.5cm deep. Will cause an accident soon:
