Potholes along Victoria Road, Helensburgh, G84., 1st April
The road surface of Victoria Road, Helensburgh has DETERIORATED MARKEDLY over the past 6 months.
There are now many potholes, some of them large, and the whole road surface east of Prince Alert Terrace needs attention. This road is now DANGEROUS because of these problems.
There is a plastic warning bollard in the roadway outside 23 Victoria Road, which has been there over a month. Yet nothing has been done to attend to this problem.
The east end of Victoria Road, outside number 23 and St. Olaf, now FLOODS after heavy rain, and is dangerous - as water can lie right across the road. Drivers do not expect this problem. All these issues are made worse by the fact that the roadway is used by pedestrians going to and from Hermitage Park - there is no pavement, so peplel HAVE to walk on the road.

Sensors INOP, 3rd March
For the past few months the traffic lights at the junction of King St & Sinclair St in Helensburgh continually change aspects to allow traffic to emerge from King St onto Sinclair St, when there is no traffic on King St. One of the sensors for King St is clearly faulty. These lights have, for years, prioritised Sinclair St (the main 'A' Road) traffic. This has been reported numerous times now

Traffic light not changing for cyclists, 22nd January
So I was cycling from the leisure centre and waited at the traffic lights to change for me to leave, I was waiting in the car lane as I was using the road at the time. There were no other cars on West and East Clyde Street. The lights stayed red for exiting the leisure centre car park.
I believe the sensors cannot detect cyclists, this forced me to run a red light which was incredibly dangerous.

Traffic light sequencing, 15th January
The traffic lights at the junction of King St & Sinclair St in Helensburgh are continously running through their full programme, whether vehicles are waiting or not. This is causing excessive delays for vehicles on Sinclair St (A818) as those lights are also staying red longer than usual, and I've witnessed drivers going through red lights instead of waiting.

The reflective bollard that should be on the uphill side of the island is completely missing. This is dangerous as in the dark you cannot see the island. when coming down sinclair street towards the town - if a car hits this it will result in a serious accident.
