When exiting Glen Doll Road onto Uplawmoor Road grass/vegetation growth is restricting vision to the right/east. It is necessary to go beyond the give way lines to see traffic coming from the right and it can be a difficult decision whether to then stop or keep going. Alternatively for a vehicle stopped at the give way lines the driver may not see anything coming from the right and pull out into the path of an oncoming vehicle. The high speed of some vehicles on this road exacerbates this issue. This is an annual problem and removal of even 5 or 10m of the hedge would help remedy all year round.
