The tree is so overgrown one is unable to walk on the pavement.
These are sheltered housing so I doubt the occupants are able to trim the tree themselves.

Neighbour has installed parking barrier on public street, 27th July
We live in cul de sac. There is parking in front of the houses, none are assigned all are shared. One neighbor has spent the last year blocking "his" space with plant pots. Now he has decided to drill a collapsible barrier into the road to block a space off.

Dumped rubbish in park, 21st June
I regularly pick up bottles and cans plus rubbish from nearby Mc Donald, but this is too much. A blue wheelie bin has been set on fire and the contents scattered across the park. There is a letter in the rubbish.

Blocked street drains and dirty pavements, 22nd July
The street drains are blocked with silt and the pavement leading down under the railway bridge is needing swept as there is so much dirt it turns to mud and is slippery when it rains.
