Reported this a few days ago to GCC, had an email today claiming it has been collected, when a quick look out the window confirms it is still there, not sure why GCC feels the need to lie to people rather than actually doing the job we pay them to do. This is an ongoing issue with the residents of these flats, no sooner has rubb8sh been cleared but a new lot appears.

Bike light does not turn green, 4th May
Westbound cycle lane, the second light (so the one you need to actually cross the junction). This fails to turn green for bikes, but only when there is a game on at celtic park. I've waited for several cycles and it never changes. It's fine the rest of the time.

Recycling bin, 3rd May
For several weeks now when the recycling bins are emptied the guys are only leaving one bin for the whole close when there should be 2. This one bin fills up within 2 days making people use the general waste bin instead.
