Pothole around manhole cover, 22nd February
I'm unsure how long this has been here. It's directly opposite the entrance road to the Shell garage/Starbucks.
It looks as if there has been an attempt to repair a hole which has resulted in a manhole cover in the middle of a large square, but the surrounding surface has shifted causing an undulation immediately prior to the pothole. So effectively your tyres go up before fall down the pothole.

For over 3 weeks twigs and debris have been left on the cycle path increasing the risk of punctures and crashes, please regularly maintain the cycle path and sweep it to remove debris etc.

Cycle lane lights, 9th February
The lights for crossing from the cycle lane are confusing and are going to cause a crash soon. They are green sometimes when it’s green for cars. If they are still supposed to be covered then new covers need to be put on asap. They are currently very dangerous.
