Jet patching crew leaving large quantities of loose chipping all over road way, 10th April
Jet patching crew leaving large quantities of loose chippings all over road way. This makes the road extremely dangerous for Motorcyclists and Cyclists. The road is beyond jet patching ( if you need to do multiple areas of the road in some cases the entire carriageway jet patching is not a suitable repair). You have a duty of care to all road users and sticking up some signs does not mean you can leave the road in such a state. At very worst you may find a claim for damage and injury however the road is currently that bad that there may be a fatality especially where you have "repaired" the road just before or after a corner. Get a street sweeper up there before someone is killed.

Numerous roadworks that were back-filled are now subsiding again, forming potholes on two or three at present., 23rd September
Previous groundworks to install utility cabling along stretch of A821 into Aberfoyle were then back-filled and tarmaced over the top, however two or three of these are now subsiding creating potholes on the left hand side. With wetter weather to arrive this weekend and some coach tours still using this road, the opportunity for further degradation still persists. There is also the risk of traffic moving into the opposing lane to avoid these holes and into oncoming traffic.
The holes are forming nearer to the Doctor's surgery in Aberfoyle, on the flat section as you approach the 30mph speed limit sign.

Damaged road surface on leaving Aberfoyle, 23rd September
I was on holiday in my camper and leaving Aberfoyle to pick up the A81 eastbound for Callander. Just before reaching the roundabout near the Rob Roy motel, I found myself crashing down violently into what was probably either a large pothole or sunken drain cover. I don't know how long this has existed there.

Health Hazard and eye sore, 13th April
There have been two abandoned cars in this residents car park for over two years now.The owner lives locally but refuses to move them.In a national park and an area of such natural beauty it is an absolute disgrace, embarresment and eye sore to all local residents and passers by.We have tried all avenues to get these vehicles uplifted, police, national park etc but they all say it needs to be a health hazard to do anything. This clearly is the case if you were to see them. Both vehicles are on bricks and there is oil leaking out of the engines on them both.Children play regulary in the area and its only a matter of time till someone gets seriously hurt by the cars toppling over.
I would gratefully appreciate your help in this matter as this problem affects a great number of people in this area.
Andy Stanford.
