Somebody made 4 decorated cycle wheels and fixed them to public signposts throughout Thornhill village. One pictured. We cannot ascertain who did it or get them removed, so today I have removed all 4 & placed them by the littet bin beside Thornhill public loos in The Loan. Would SC Waste Services please dispose from there? Thanks.
