FIXMYSTREET IN FK8 3HJ
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of FK8 3HJ:
Boat and trailer parked with no lights, 25th November
For some time, there has been a boat parked on a trailer with flat tyres and no lights during darkness. Police Scotland tell me this would be an issues for the LA to handle. I would suggest the permanent nature of this trailer is a nuisance to people, especially opposite Kippen Surgery parking area.

Right of way sign removed/tampered with, 17th November
The public right of access/right of way sign on pole here has been removed/tampered with. I believe it may be at the bottom of the pole, hidden by shrub, possibly as owners of house on track have intentionally tinkered with it n order to could discourage walkers from making their way up the path they have the absolute right to do so. Please restore.

Large pothole, 5th January

Pothole, 9th December
There is a dangerous pothole developing on Station Brae leading up to Kippen. It is approximately 12" to 18" from the road edge on a slight left hand bend which, given the narrowness of the road, means that it cannot be avoided if traffic is coming down the hill or it is dark. At present it is approximately 12" in length and 8" wide and 3" deep - exact size to ensure that the tyre of a car will fit in with a severe jolt. The hole has been there some 2 to 3 weeks and is developing rapidly as all traffic is hitting it which is destroying the edges making it larger.

Request to Lower Pavement, 21st April
This pavement (located in front of the salt bin) is raised, and in front of a GP's surgery. I have seen many disabled people in wheelchairs having to go a little further to the other side of the surgery (to the driveway of a house) to get onto the pavement. They then have to travel back towards the surgery. I would think that a lowered pavement at this point would save a lot of hassle and time for wheelchair users, as well as removing the risk of them being hit on the road by a passing vehicle.

Poor quality of refuse collection service, 9th March
Refuse collectors not leaving bins in correct places - thus causing severe problems for the elderly
(ie housebound or infirm).
One has the definite impression that these workers do not care at all about the quality of their work.
I also know of recent incidents involving people falling whilst trying to move bins back to sensible locations.
