The drains opposite Riverside Cottage and further down the road are all now blocked with leaves and mud. These need clearing properly to avoid a flooding issue. We have done the best we can but they need doing fully as already with the rain we've had they are backing up. Thank you.

Blocked drains, 15th December
The drains opposite Riverside Cottage and 2 The Court are blocked with mud and leaves. We have tried our best to clear them but it needs more than our rods. They were unfortunately not done when the council unblocked local drains. The blockage of these drains caused flooding last year.

Finger post missing, 14th August
The finger post directing to Doddiscombsleigh was blown off in the January (2010) storms and has not been replaced. It is now 7 months later. I think this problem is known as the broken finger post has been taken away. This causes lots of wasted journies for vehicles looking for Doddiscombsleigh (extra CO2) and many frustrated customers for The Nobody Inn when they roam the lanes looking for directions. How long will it take to replace this sign ?
