Road Blocked by Highway Maintenance lorry on double yellows, 21st April
The road is very difficult to access from the bottom and I need to park in my parents drive to put them to bed at night. They are elderly and disabled and frequently have falls. This is the third time this month that a vehicle or vehicles has prevented access down the road overnight, and there was enough space for the lorry to have parked in Tiverton road or the village square.

Water cascading across the road from the opposite side is welling up and causing traffic travellng towards Siverton to displace on to the footpath and any pedestrians who have the misfortune to be walking on it. The footpath is uneven and covered with mud, leaves and weeds and is also a slippage hazard. The situation is exascerbated in icy weather.

Potholes and disappearance of edge of road, 11th December
The whole of Park road needs resurfacing and drainage attended to. The edge of the road coming into the village is broken up and a danger to cars which are forced to drive in the middle of the road creating a hazard for traffic approaching round the bend. The middle of the road is now beginning to break up. There is going to be a serious collision and caution signage needs to be put up until the road can be repaired.

Water leak, 15th October
There is a man-hole cover on this corner which permanently has a puddle on it even when there has been no rain for days. I don't think it is actually a water man-hole but clearly water is coming up from it. This is extremely serious as it is on a dark corner in the woods and when it freezes in the winter it will be extremely dangerous.

Potholes and appalling road surface, 13th March
Road is in a shocking state. Was partially patched up a year or so back but now in an even worse state than before. Traffic attempting to avoid potholes creates a hazard particularly where the road narrows round the bend by Stockwell House.
