All down Sidwell Street (both sides) always dog excrement. This Street seriously needs cleaners out every day and this Street needs jet washing.

York Road, outside Duke of York, opposite Acland Road - noisy manhole cover keeping us awake and affecting my nental health. Constant clanking, very loud. Have reported it to Devon Highwats, Exeter council and nothing is being done., 19th February

School sign facing the wrong way, 28th January
The sign warning traffic that they are approaching a school has been knocked the wrong way and isn’t visible to oncoming traffic.

Bin removal, 10th November
When is the bin being replaced/returned- This is the 3rd bin I am recording as being removed: one at an entrance to exeter school Victoria Park Road and another from the bus stop on mincinglake road / off stoke hill. One from barrack road bus top.
Exeters keep the city clean message / clear up after dogs is pointless if these bins are removed. 3 bins vanished within a month and no return

There is fly tipping ,or a fox/seagull has punctured rubbish bags, in the middle left hand area of Albert Street, there is a rubbish store here, but these bags are split and all the rubbish is scattered in the area where people have to walk from Albert Street to the upper flats, that overlook Albert Square., 25th May
There is fly tipping or a fox/seagull has ripped the bin bags that are put in a communal rubbish area. The rubbish is spewing out across the walkway where people have to go to access numbers 32, 32A etc Albert Street Flats ,overlooking Albert Square. This is half way up Albert Street ,going towards Parr Street, on the left. This has been there for some days and is a health hazard.

Pavement around the green is dangerous, 10th February
The pavement around the green is very uneven and dangerous especially at night, there are at least three houses here on the green that have disabled occupants that all find it difficult walking on this footpath.

Incorrectly installed traffic lights, 10th February
These traffic lights have been incorrectly installed, the green arrow lights should be on blackboy road and Pinhoe road where there are two lanes to control. If you visit the site you will see what I mean.

Dog poo left in MANY bags and FRIDGES with broken glass, 8th December
We went to the lower stoke hill car park this morning for our walk.
People seem to be 'making a point' as there were 20+ dog poo bags lying there in a heap.
There are also 2 fridges on their side and broken glass.

Constant dog fouling on pavement and grass area near tree/s, 24th November
On the grass area by the tree there is still so much dog fouling. It all just gets left and its gross. This has been going on for a long time and is still going on. Have reported it once already and nothing has changed. Its disgusting.

Currently in the back alleyway and access, we have a whole range of flytipping Fridge frezer and houshold clearance in a wheelbarrow., 14th October
This is the second time in a 6 weeks I have botered to get in contact. For years I havenet, but now Im fed up and will not put up withthe constant stream of fly tipping in my environment. Probably student landloard, but who knows . This time I have a huge fridge feezer blocking the alley and a wheel barrow full. Black binliners and dog poo. It needs to be on a weekly watch and clean!

6 black rubbish bags dumped in Marypole Road behind the garages in between wall & garage opposite allotments., 6th July
These rubbish bags have been there for at least 3 months. Cannot be seen from the road but can when walking .
