Fallen tree, west bound carriage way, 15th October
A tree on the embankment has fallen on to the fence of the adjacent field, causing livestock to escape onto the A30, the tree needs to be removed and the fence reinstated, there are temporary fences erected to stop a reoccurrence of the livestock escaping.

Still not bloody sorted, 11th February
Despite reporting this already, the drain outside our house is still block. With the proposed council tax rise (for which we receive very little) I think it would be fair at least to clear this drain. Pull your fingers out and fix it.... please !

The main drain directly outside our house has been blocked for the past year, forcing any water to escape vie a very small drain which easily gets blocked by leaves etc.

Gate padlocked, 29th September
At the bottom of Hill lane, there is a footpath directly opposite which passes through a field. The gate which has no other route of access has been padlocked for the last month, denying access to the PROW.

Overgrown hedgerow, 27th September
The section of road from this point to Cutteridge Lane is not very wide. The adjoining hedgerow, particularly on the Exeter bound side of the road, has not been cut back for some time and is now encroaching significantly into the road space. This forces larger vehicles towards the middle of the road and is likely to result in an accident if nothing is done in the near future. Can this hedgerow be pruned back considerably? Thanks.

Between West Wheatley Farm and Orchard Nursery on the Tedburn Road on the west side of the road ie as you drive north west there is a large pothole.

Compensation for tyre puncture, 2nd February
2 holes side by side impossible to drive around. Driving through has caused me a puncture. Value £300. Please send compensation claim. Photo to follow.

Punctured tyre, 2nd February
There are many potholes on Westwood Lane as a result of the frost, which we hope will be filled soon, however there a 2 next to each other making it impossible to drive around them. Consequently the only action is to drive through them. This has caused at least 4 punctures to lane users so far. Please would you have them filled immediately.
