Residents in no. 2 and 3A St Helens are regularly smoking marijuana which is infecting neighbouring properties. The smell is so strong that sitting in the garden is unappealing and it infects other homes if windows are opened. This has been reported previously and the issue did improve but of late drug usage has increased.

Overgrown hedge pushing people onto road. This pinchpoint is very dangerous, there isn’t enough room on the island for baby in pushchair and person on island.
When across the road, the person is struggling to get themselves and the baby and dog away from the road

12inch plus pothole in road outside no 10 Lenwood Park, 18th January
In the middle of the road outside my place (no 10) there is a rather large and deep Pothole. I would be oblidged if you could schedule for this to be inspected and filled in due course. It has been there getting worse for some time. Thank you in anticipation. Mike Stokes

Rubbish and overgrown bushes, 2nd December
Overgrown bushes and rubbish behind recycling skips at bottom of the public car park. Reported several times to TDC and requested a weekly check and clearance of the area. This area is used regularly as a dumping ground, public toilet area for people using the car park and pubs and staying overnight in camper vans in the car park. Refuse, nappies, cans, bottles, boxes, packaging, household items, human urine regularly dumped here and overgrown bushes are a trap For the rubbish along with undermining the wall foundations and harbouring vermin! TDC do not undertake regular checks and clearing of this area. Fly tipping rife here Also.

Large clump of Dog mess in middle of footpath, 13th September
Has been there for nearly 3days and is being trodden through as no lighting along this footpath at night. The smell is pretty bad now as soon as open the front door

This vehicle has been left on the main road for 1 month now, It has no Tax or MOT, and I should imagine no insurance. Vehicles like this should be removed, they are a liability to all insured drivers.

Extensive, deep potholes along the whole stretch of road, 4th May
There are many potholes, some unavoidable due to multiple in one area, all along the A39 from Heywood road at Northam up to the roundabout at Atlantic Village. The road is an absolute disgrace and the potholes have been there, unattended for many months despite them being highlighted to the council on numerous occasions.

Loose step on the set of steps between St. George's C of E Infant School and St. Margaret's C of E Junior School. The step is one of the higher ones and could be dangerous if falls.

The street signs at south lea are wrong, 10th January
South lea road, Northam . This road in the photo does not go to fairlea residential home There is also a sign at South lea stating South lea sheltered scheme neither of these have been present for some years. could South lea please have updated signs. The ones that are there are causing lots of confusion

Blocked drains on eastern end of viaduct., 24th October
Both sides of the road on the viaduct at the eastern end the drains are blocked causing water to flood out into the road at quite a depth causing a real hazard to traffic. This situation has been apparent for a very long time and it is time the issue was dealt with. It is quite noticable that many roadside drain covers are blocked by grass growing from the verges.

Main Sail smart car parked in restricted zone (20 mins) outside their own business, most days. Untaxed car outside 39 for whole day (30mins restriction)., 19th October
These cars are parked for days in the time limited zones, one of them untaxed. The Café must be using their car as advertising. They are both taking up shoppers spaces. It is already congested on this road during the day.
