Smell of marijuana, 15th July
Residents in no. 2 and 3A St Helens are regularly smoking marijuana which is infecting neighbouring properties. The smell is so strong that sitting in the garden is unappealing and it infects other homes if windows are opened. This has been reported previously and the issue did improve but of late drug usage has increased.

Overgrown hedge pushing people onto road. This pinchpoint is very dangerous, there isn’t enough room on the island for baby in pushchair and person on island.

12inch plus pothole in road outside no 10 Lenwood Park, 18th January
In the middle of the road outside my place (no 10) there is a rather large and deep Pothole. I would be oblidged if you could schedule for this to be inspected and filled in due course. It has been there getting worse for some time. Thank you in anticipation. Mike Stokes

Rubbish and overgrown bushes, 2nd December
Overgrown bushes and rubbish behind recycling skips at bottom of the public car park. Reported several times to TDC and requested a weekly check and clearance of the area. This area is used regularly as a dumping ground, public toilet area for people using the car park and pubs and staying overnight in camper vans in the car park. Refuse, nappies, cans, bottles, boxes, packaging, household items, human urine regularly dumped here and overgrown bushes are a trap For the rubbish along with undermining the wall foundations and harbouring vermin! TDC do not undertake regular checks and clearing of this area. Fly tipping rife here Also.

Extensive, deep potholes along the whole stretch of road, 4th May
There are many potholes, some unavoidable due to multiple in one area, all along the A39 from Heywood road at Northam up to the roundabout at Atlantic Village. The road is an absolute disgrace and the potholes have been there, unattended for many months despite them being highlighted to the council on numerous occasions.

Loose step on the set of steps between St. George's C of E Infant School and St. Margaret's C of E Junior School. The step is one of the higher ones and could be dangerous if falls.
