Drainage ditch blocked, 27th July
The ditch from the marked position onwards towards Bicknor (Drewstone) Bridge is filled with earth, hedge clippings and grass from the recent verge cutting (presumably carried out on behalf of the council). This is the last point at the bottom of the hill where the rain water drain discharges into the ditch and if blocked could cause flooding in heavy rainfall across the road and into the house.
