Caravan blocking spaces for residents, 10th October
Caravan parked in same place for over 2 months (since mid August 2022) now taking up 2-3 residential parking spaces as parked so inconsiderately. Having asked neighbours along this part of road no one here owns it & this person is hogging spaces desperately needed by residents. We have a new baby & struggled to park anywhere near our house since this caravan arrived. The top end of this road is the busiest part of the street & other neighbours here are frustrated this caravan is sat there for months taking up our much needed spaces.

Haven Banks pothole central, 25th April
This whole road is full of potholes. This road is a necessary leg of the very popular river exe cycle route, as well as to the local parkrun, and for many people walking in the quay. The potholes here pose a danger to cyclists and people crossing the road. Dodging them is particularly dangerous with cars overtaking.
