When is the bin being replaced/returned- This is the 3rd bin I am recording as being removed: one at an entrance to exeter school Victoria Park Road and another from the bus stop on mincinglake road / off stoke hill. One from barrack road bus top.

Handrail has come away, 2nd August
At the start of Little Southernhay Lane in Cathedral Close as you go down the steps, there is an entire section of handrail that has become unsecured and is largely moveable and dangerous. I fell on these steps today because of the wet weather and slippy shoes but I believe if the handrail was secured in place and not loose and freely moving about when I fell, I may have not fallen as badly.
