Fridge in ditch next to hedge, 23rd January
Fridge in ditch next to hedge. Has been there over a year. Previously reported it on here but Cornwall Council (Biffa) came out to move it and the gent didn't have suitable footwear to get in to move it and then realised it was just across the border in Devon. So obviously hasn't been moved.

Can you confirm Public Footpath inbetween East Langford and Langford to Lymswirthy Farm is still in use? Footpath signs missing and large amount of vegetation blocking the path at the start of East Langford. Also Solar Farm does this block the Footpath?

Road surface dangerously stripped and rutted, 16th May
Series of dangerous highway defects in vicinity of entrance to field and stretching right across road. Verge being overdriven, breaking haunch of carriageway. Continuously deteriorating over the last year. Not picked up in Highway Inspections. Will not be solved by using the cosmetic Jetpatcher (what a waste of money!) Council recently mended an edge patch nearer to the Hudson junction which was one tenth as bad. What do we pay road tax for? Road at entrance to Hudson Farm worse than third world track.

Dangerous state of the road between Jenns Cross, Bradworthy and the Upper Tamar lake through the hamlet of Alfardisworthy. There are a number of potholes on this road that are so dangerous as to be a cause of a serious accident., 17th April
I am writing to draw your attention to the dangerous state of the road between Jenns Cross, Bradworthy and the Upper Tamar lake entrance through the hamlet of Alfardisworthy. There are a number of potholes on this road that are so dangerous as to be a cause of a serious accident.
Whilst cycling last weekend I was knocked off my bike as the wheel hit a deep pot hole but was fortunate that my accident resulted in injuries that did not require hospital admission. On review of the road there are so many very dangerous area, one of which is now alerted by a beacon by the side of the road, but at night or at dusk it is impossible to see these holes. I write as I experienced a lucky escape but foresee that a serious accident in a motor car, motorbike or a bicycle could easily occur and if a child was to suffer a serious head injury as a result of such an accident, I would suggest that the Council was responsible for this through lack of maintenance of a safe road surface in the area.
I write to draw your attention to this problem as a matter of urgency. The road has been in a dreadful state for some years now but the recent events make me most anxious that the Council be aware of this danger before a major disaster.
