Flytipping of builders and domestic rubbish., 15th April
Someone has dumped full black binbags, builders rubbish and tyres on the side of the road at a field entrance in Back Lane, Black Torrington. There are also a quantity of Black Bin bags been placed in the field. The tyres project into the road and cause a hazard to pedestrians and vehicles.

Badly maintained road, 31st March
The road between Windmilland Cross on the A3072 and Black Torrington village has been deteriorating for ages and is a real menace to drive along. It needs resurfacing. Burdon Lane in Highampton (where I live) was recently resurfaced in parts when it was nowhere near as bad as the road to Black Torrington

The whole part of this road is in need of repair. It is dangerous to drive over, 26th February
The road is breaking up and potholes are becoming bigger and younhavevto weave all across the road to avoid them and the journeys are doing damage to tyres and suspensions and any repairs are not cheap. I have written to the Council and they have done nothing to put things right. The problem is from my village from the bridge at Black Torrington to The crossroads at Sedgemoor Cross.

Several blocked Drains maybe 5 or so causing deep water running across the road on blind bend which turns to ice when cold and causes a very dangerous hazard.
