The bottom of South Yeo Hill is in a complete state of disrepair, and is undrivable by car.
I reported this to Devon Country Council via there website in early May, but didn't get a response, and the report on their interactive map has been deleted.
The lower section of South Yeo Hill is now only usable by tractors and large 4x4s. It's completely destroyed at the bottom, and will likely cause damage to any cars attempting to drive on it.
This issue has been present for a couple of years, but has been getting worse and worse, to the point where the road is now impassable by car.

Mud and slurry between Stockleigh English and Poudhill, 15th January
Simon Nuthall has complained of excessive mud and slurry from lagoons on the road and across his property of Welland EX174DE apparently caused by actions of owner of Farm at EX174DJ. He tells me stinking mud is sprayed across his gate entrance and the length of the road surface of the lane from Stockleigh English to Poughill, making it hazardous and dangerous and unpleasant to drive. I have complained about the condition of this road in the past.
