Poor signage resulting in major potential accident point, 13th April
Vehicles travelling north (from Nomansland Road) south, are speeding up to cross the junction, as the signage and road markings are not strong enough. This has happened twice to our knowledge, and when travelling on the road from Shobrooke to Crediton today, if 2 seconds earlier we would have been in a major traffic accident. On our return journey from Crediton, we took the road from Nomansland, and found that drivers not familiar with the area see a clear road in front of them and so cross junction at speed. The road from Crediton is not visible. They see signage which says give way (looks as though this relates to turning towards to Shobrooke), and unclear road markings. Please remedy this asap as it is really dangerous.

HGV parked on residential street, 19th May
This low-loader with a car on the back has been parked on the street for 4 days and counting. Immediately prior to this a similar (or the same) vehicle was parked in the same location, with an old Rolls Royce on the back and a second hitched behind - for 48 hours.
Someone appears to be using this residential street for HGV parking, causing inconvenience to other vehicles entering and leaving the estate.

Fallen tree blocking footpath at SX87050126, 18th October
Fallen tree across footpath in Shobrooke Park, EAST OF PLAY AREA, encountered on recce 18 Oct , will impede South Devon Ramblers Group walk planned for Sunday 30 October. Would much appreciate tree felled/removed . Reported by Ramblers Group Footpath officer on behalf of walk leader.

Multiple potholes and very broken road surface, 13th February
Very bad surface numerous potholes developing after recent bad weather in a long stretch from Creedy Lakes entrance for 200 yds. Worsening of now makes it a hazard, beware there will be a accident here at some point.

Is a very rough surface. The stretch between redhill cross and east lodge on pedlars pool lane has just been done but was nothing compared to this ... It would be great if you could do the same here please ...

Very poor surface on s bend, 12th August
A short stretch of heavily patched road, on the s bend just after Long Barn (Creedy Lakes) has a very poor surface. Cars approaching the bend take centre road to avoid the bumps, causing a hazard if two vehicles meet on the bends. It would be great if this stretch could be smoothed out to avoid incident. The public footpath linking Blagdon Rise and Old Tiverton Road, 30th July
For most of the summer, the hedge on the side of the property Longfleet has become more and more overgrown and in places dangerously overhangs the footpath. The walk through is very unpleasant and worse still after rain. There is no room to pass.
