Bridge parapet collapsed, 6th July
This has been collapsing for more than a year. I reported it by phone many months ago. I mentioned it to the pothole surveyor several weeks ago. I contacted Devon Highways last week by email. The reply they sent, ref.W191240750, refers to another bridge several miles away, in spite of being given a map reference. Please sort this out !!

Water discharging onto the road, 14th December
Part way up Shute Hill Lane from Venn Cross there's a lot of water running down the road and it seems to becoming from the lower part of the garden of the residential property of the western side of the road? It appears to be the discharge from a sewage system and it has a very strong odour about it! There are also issues with underground water running down the road causing issues on frosty days like today.

Shallow potholes and uneven road, 30th May
All along lane from Venn Cross crossroads, especially by Clayhanger turning the road has shallow potholes. The road was shut a while ago for the works but no works completed (probs due to the rain??) The road is now becoming worse.

Length of lane is edged with lots of shallow potholes and some in carriageway. Has been deteriorating for a number of years.
