Cyclist hurt by loose manhole cover, 28th January
The manhole cover is loose and I saw a cyclist come off his bike and hurt himself as his bike hit the raised cover.

Blocked pavement, 30th December
Van has been parked here overnight, on double yellow lines and also blocking the pavement - pushchairs and wheelchair users have to walk into the road. It's outside a residential home for people with brain injuries so there are lots of wheelchairs. Parked up yesterday evening, still here at 8.20am. Not the first time it's happened.

Road works temp lights failed, 16th October
The road works to the East of Collumpton need checking by NRSWA officer. Ref: LN0522423177
Their west bound (towards Collumpton) light has failed, the sensor has been smashed/ broken and facing upwards. Therefore they are not sensing the amount of traffic approaching. This is causing considerable delay at 2pm, so presumably be worse during peak hours. Should these light be being manually manned, or at least have a working sensor?
We tried to tell them but just got shouted at by the work force.

Parking in entrance to cul de sac, 23rd May
These 2 vehicle s have kept parking in the entrance to the cul de sac. This makes it impossible for a vehicle to leave and another to enter. One or the other is illegally parked within 10 metres of the junction. rule 243 of the highway code. This makes it impossible to swing in with my car transporter trailer to enter our property. This can be especially bad when owners of the properties adjacent to the cul de sac park outside their properties. The owners of these vehicles don't live in the cul de sac. This has been happening now for months. Either vehicle parks on the left hand side of the entrance to Conifer Close, Cullompton, Devon.

Landscaping in poor unkempt state, 3rd May
The gardens on the corner of St George’s view are continuing to deteriorate, no maintenance overgrown, weed infested and is starting to attract fly tipping due to the lack of care shown here, please could this be tidied and taken better care of, it could use a re-plant to be fair.
