I was driving between first Exeter and Exmouth (woodbury Road) when I saw may a mad what appear to unload upright ridge freezer into a layby. I turn round at the next road and took the photos of the man van. I then returned on myself and went past the van and this time taking a more frontal photo of the person fly tipping.

10 inch pothole due to poor reinstatement, 1st July
This pothole is getting worse I saw a cyclist come off their cycle, continues to be a noise problem every time a HGV or trailer hits the hole, lack of sleep, please sort this out, a 10 meter square area ideally requires resurfacing due to noise caused by vehicles travelling over the uneven surface.

Just as you turn in to Little Down Lane on the left there are three drains set apart and all three are blocked with silt and debris.
If there is a heavy down pour of rain flooding will occur and therefore they could do with cleaning out
