This has constantly been reported and not dealt with. the bags are not bio-degradable and has rubble in. been there many months. you closed the case last time siting the above (saying the bags were degradgable) and that it is dangerous to remove. However your own team must have visited the site to identify what was in them...why was the bags not removed then? Its still dumping.

Harassment form a Royal Mail lorry before junction1, 23rd March
I would like to request video footage from the morning of 22/3/24, between the hours of 8:15 am - 8:40 am starting approx 3 miles before junction 1 exit to potters bar / M25 coming from A1(M) (Hertfordshire north). I need to report a police incident as I was being badly tail gated and honked at by a large lorry for Royal Mail despite there being slow traffic in front of me. This driver was bullying me and honking loud horns at me scaring me for no reason.
