Foot long pothole, cannot avoid, 11th January
This is a lengthy pothole that extends at least a foot across the lane for Bathgate, but it is only a few inches wide so too narrow to see on the approach. Cars currently have no option but to go over it because of the current roadworks. Folk have blown tyres, only going to get worse.

Pothole around 2.5 foot wide by 1.5 foot long by 2-3 inches (maybe more) deep, 9th July
Huge pothole in outside lane on the northbound approach to Deer Park Roundabout. (No photo supplied as it would be dangerous to stop on the dual carriageway to take one!) Been there a few days now and getting worse as the edges are crumbling.

Broken glass, 4th January
Footpath on north side of A89 (section between Dechmont Roundabout and crossing point opposite Dobbies) has glass strewn across it. This looks like debris from a road traffic collision. Not much good for bicycle tyres or dog paws. I'm not sure when it happened but I've been aware of it since Christmas Day, I passed this way again on 03 January and decided to report it so it can be cleared as soon as possible.
