Dangerous angle of pavement, 1st March
This pavement is sloping at such a bad angle that someone using a wheeled walker is unable to do so due to safety fears. Vehicles regularly mount is and are causing it to subside. This affects independence and confidence. Previous report was closed without any due care and consideration of people with disabilities.

Incompletely filled cable trench plus potholes, 12th February
Adjacent to the speed limit sign on the north side of Eddleston (on the A703) there is a partially filled trench that was made to accommodate a new street light cable. This trench needs to be properly filled and the surface made smooth as vehicles will be damaged as they drive over it. In the immediate vicinity of the trench are both potholes and badly scarred tarmac. Also the grass beside the new street light has been badly churned up.

This a joke there are senior citizens in this street who cannot see where they are walking. They are scared to leave their houses and some of them live on their own.
I would say this would require urgent attention.

Sunken drain, 12th March
Deep sunken drain. Never ending repair. Cars park on the outer edge of the corner so whether entering or leaving the street you can't miss it. Repairs have been attempted in the past several times but obviously not effective. Also seemingly extremely low priority. Just wait until it damages the bucket lorry.
