This was notified on Sunday 21/4/24 and today holes in THE FIRST PART ONLY were repaired As usual they do not come round the blind corner and this is where attention is needed.This part of the road is not visible until the corner is turned but this road is quite obvious on all street maps. Please have these done as soon as possible as they should have been when repairs were carried out this morning

From Rullion Road omplete length of Brockwoo Avenue right round to St Jame Primary School The earlier repaired potholes have opened again, 21st April
Recently repaired potholes over complete length of Brocwood Avenue have opened up again along with new ones The worst one is outside 39 Brockwood Avenue in the part that is the shared access road with rear of Bavelaw Law Crescent This part is end of long cul de sac which ends at the rear entrance to Cornbank St James Primary School Normal practice of repairers is to only do work on parts of the Avenue thar are seen and they fail to turn the U corner into the final part of the Avenue to the school and so always have to be recalled Its quite obvious on the street mao where the COMPLETE Avenue goes !!

New road layed. But not filled holes, 9th April
New road being layed, but as you can see from the images if the workers had started 10yard prior to the new rd (which is still being layed outside Tescos and Farmfoods Penicuik) then their work wouldn’t look likea joke. As a local the roads are terrible and this is laughable. Not to mention Silverburn / The Den and Bellwood rd. all other roads leading in and out of Penicuik. Please pass to Midlothian council

Dangerous deep pothold, 8th April
Very dangerous pothole right across the left hand lane heading out of Auchendinny just before white farm cottages. Deep, impossible to avoid. Huge jolt if you go over it - seriously felt like it might take my suspension out.
