There are some very large potholes along this section of the road that you have to almost slow to a stop to get past. If someone wasn't familiar with the road and it had been raining, they would have no way of even knowing they were there and it could cause a serious accident if they were traveling too fast. They have been there a few months and are getting worse with each passing week.

Newly re surfaced tarmac lifting, 6th July
This section of road near SSPCA rehoming center was resurfaced a few months ago but is already starting to break up!!! It was band new and now has holes appearing in it.

Pot holes/broken surface/uneven/No road left just patches of "repairs", 10th April
There's very little of the actual road left, it's been "repaired" ie potholes filled in which don't last and come back wider/deeper, so many times the whole road is crumbling, covered in potholes and breaking up. The disintegration is getting worse and faster, possibly due to it being a diversion route while surrounding roads with a lot less traffic are resurfaced and due to the regular flooding when it rains. Its 100% false economy by just filling in the biggest potholes each time its reported as the repairs don't last so they're having to come out regularly, resurface the road properly and it could be years before any repairs are required!

Pot holes/broken surface/uneven/No road left just patches of "repairs", 26th February
The road has been patched up so much there's very little actual road left. It's covered in potholes some are so deep it'll wreck tyres/wheels if you don't completely avoid them which is nearly impossible, broken/disintegrated previous repairs. In a car maximum speed you can do is 15mph, in my horse lorry I can't do more than 10mph because it terrifies my horse as he struggles to balance due to the lorry juddering/shaking so much because of the road. Been reporting it to the council since September, they've filled in a couple of potholes just adding to the problem.

Possibly one of the worse roads in Edinburgh, road is severely uneven due to poor repairs, multiple potholes and road floods due to the drainage ditches being in poor state. The road is an extremely busy road.
