Road surface dangerous, 27th June
This road is dangerous. Where the wall has been taken away and replaced by the fence there are many sections from the A690 to Spennymoor where the road surface has broken away and there is a large drop to the left of the road.
If a car goes too far left and puts a wheel over this drop it will roll into the field.
There is more than one section it almost goes from the A690 to the bungalow.
I think this should be investigated urgently as it is getting worse.

Tuesday and Thursday 6pm to 8pm parking by Community center visitors, 21st January
Every Tuesday and Thursday evening and also Saturday morning users of the community center are parking on the sidewalks or green areas Oak Tree Mews and Carr Avenue. Sometimes leaving no space for disabled or mothers with trolleys to pass. The sidewalk is used by many as its leading to the local Co-Op store and post office. Community center users and visitors are supposed to use the large parking nearby, but no one is using it. Ive been living in the area for around 2 and a half years and its always been a problem. Metal bars need to be installed on the sidewalk preventing drivers to park on it. Or the sport instructors must notify customers and guests attending the boxing classes to use the designated parking. Part of the green areas are destroyed by tire marks as large SUVs and Pick-up trucks are using it as parking, especially the one on Oak Tree Mews and the one on Carr Avenue right next to the Community center.

There are two street lights out in this stretch of cycle/footpath alongside Chalfont Way which makes it almost impossible to see the shin height bollard in the middle of the path. A nearby street light, just the other side of the railway path remains out despite being reported months ago.
