Driving up Newbiggen Lane out of village, dangerous large pothole developing in road about 150m up road from public car park, near parked cars in bend. It is on driving line, take extra care.

Lanchester, outside 9 Briardene. Two sets of potholes getting larger by the day with bad weather. On driving line off bend and down hill by parked cars. Danger of losing control/skidding, with risk of accident/injury. Other by manhole in road.

Lanchester. Fill up all grit bins along Meadow Way and Briardene, especially DE235 and DE237. ALL grit bins empty. Dangerous if another snowy/icy period happens.

Grass cutting needed, 23rd June
Lanchester greenspace opposite 52-60 Briardene needs grass cutting. It is normally cut weekly through the season on Wednesdays/Thursdays. Other grassed areas on estate have been cut but not this one. Now coming up to 2 weeks and grass getting too long. Perhaps it been missed?
