This is a constant issue with flat 168 St. Michael Street DG1 2PR. Has been reported before . Black refuse bags put out on Street on a weekly basis, only for the seagulls to rip open. On occasions, used nitril gloves, paper towels, open tins and bottles over the street. Neighbours have been informed on numerous occasions that the bin collection will not lift. They have wheelie bins available in their garden.

This pothole has been here for some time is is becoming larger. It is very deep (at least 5 inches) and could easily damage a tyre or cause a child to trip and become injured. This is just outside a secondary school.
