Large pothole 1m long and 4 inches deep, 400mil wide, 10th April
Large pothole damaged customer car on Sunday night - customer was unaware car was damaged until Monday. 2 rear side tires and wheels have needed to be replaced.
Customer noticed that the pothole has been covered with a cones since Sunday.

Dangerous pot hole, 3rd April
Large pot hole/road surface defects on brow of hill heading out of button oak. Has been marked up numerous times but never repaired. To prevent potential damage to your car you have to swerve into middle of opposite lane on brow off hill. This is a accident waiting to happen.

Dangerous pothole concealed with water, appearing like a puddle, 5th March
I attended my grandsons 1st birthday on the 24th February, in Kinlet, and upon my return home I drove over a pothole on the B4194 going out of Kinlet towards Button Oak .The hole was concealed due to excessive rain and this resulted in a flat tyre. As I live in Stourbridge I had to drive a considerable journey in the dark with an unrepairable tyre. I have since been informed that the road was closed the following day for repairs. The state of the road is appalling, not to mention extremely unsafe and I am appealing to you for reimbursement of the cost to repair my tyre. I rely on my car for work, as a nurse and had to take time off to take the car to a garage the following day. I have the receipt for the cost of the tyre upon request.

3 large potholes, 28th February
By Earnwood Copse & further along road to Butyon Oak.
Several holes got white chalk marks already.
But others have been missed.
Reported a month ago to Shropshire Council and stated they had been fixed but this is not the case.
Some very dangerous now.
I suggest Highway maintenance drives along stretch and actually investigate himself instead of sitting in his car at side of road.

15 inch pothole, 14th February
Very dangerous as it's on the hill of the B4194 Earnwood Copse Carpark so when driving you need to take your car half on the otherside of the road to avoid it very dangerous for a cyclist or motorbike would fetch them off as its a deep hole. The photo attached is from a couple of months ago alot worse now.
