Large pothole 1m long and 4 inches deep, 400mil wide, 10th April
Large pothole damaged customer car on Sunday night - customer was unaware car was damaged until Monday. 2 rear side tires and wheels have needed to be replaced.

The whole road is crater . School traffic parking down there making worse, cars mounting kerbs with children and people walking backwards and forward an absolute disgrace . The council seriously needs to sort this out .. absolute nightmare

Blocked drain., 20th March
Several weeks ago I reported an issue regarding a blocked drainage pipe which runs under the road adjacent to my property. Today a Council workman arrived to dig and clear out a drainage ditch which carries water to the said blocked underground pipe. My concern is that until the pipe is unblocked clearing a ditch to increase the flow of water to the pipe will only exacerbate the problem. I believe Mr Haslem is dealing with this problem.

Dangerous pothole concealed with water, appearing like a puddle, 5th March
I attended my grandsons 1st birthday on the 24th February, in Kinlet, and upon my return home I drove over a pothole on the B4194 going out of Kinlet towards Button Oak .The hole was concealed due to excessive rain and this resulted in a flat tyre. As I live in Stourbridge I had to drive a considerable journey in the dark with an unrepairable tyre. I have since been informed that the road was closed the following day for repairs. The state of the road is appalling, not to mention extremely unsafe and I am appealing to you for reimbursement of the cost to repair my tyre. I rely on my car for work, as a nurse and had to take time off to take the car to a garage the following day. I have the receipt for the cost of the tyre upon request.

Draining system can’t handle flood water, 22nd February
Kier filled in drainage ditch and put in a 9 inch pipe which can’t handle it and the rain is pouring down field onto our driveway and flooding us every time our house is flooded outside and driveway is pouring down with rain water we can’t deal with this every time it rains it’s ruining our house not fair at all!
